ADHD Planner 2027: Printable and Tablet Pages with a Restart on Every Page

The 2027 ADHD Planner from Davidson Consulting + Coaching is a full year of planning pages for brains that run on bursts, to print or use on your tablet. Its best trick is a door back in: Restart Here is one tap from every page, so you can come back on any day and begin again.

What it is

A complete year in one download, 173 pages. Twelve dated months, 53 dated weeks and 53 undated weeks (use one set or both), then the daily and thinking pages that make a day feel doable. It runs from the big picture down to one thing today.

Why I made it

I'm a neurodivergent professional with ADHD+ (+ meaning, probably more and definitely RSD). I created a planner that would celebrate when I show up and has nothing when I don't. There are no catch-up pages and no counting. Open it on Tuesday after some time away and you're exactly where you should be. One thing at a time, strength first, and rest counts as part of the plan.

What makes it different

This is my method, built page by page.

  • Restart Here. A page for any day. Today's one thing, what's locked in, one easy win, and a short list of ways to ease in (drink some water, look at the month, pick the next small thing). It ends with "You came back, and that is the part that counts." Every page points back to it.

  • Say It First. Talk it out loud or into a voice memo, then catch the words on the page. Most pages have a spot for it, so you can start by talking.

  • Bare Minimum Day. You write it on a good day, so a hard day already has a plan: the bare minimum, everything else that can wait, people you can text, something soft, and what you want to hear.

  • Planning by energy. The week pages ask you to place the rest of your week by when you feel at your best: morning (my best brain time?), afternoon (steady work), evening (soft landing).

  • Wins at 80 percent. Color a circle for every ten percent of the month you showed up. Eight circles is a win. The sticker sheet even has a sticker that says "80% counts."

What's inside

  • 12 dated months. One rule: anything with a time or a date goes on the month first.

  • Dated and undated weeks. Week by Energy: a "Locked in" strip for what's set, a place for each part of the day, one thing for the week, and a circle to color for each day something got done. Undated weeks start whenever you do.

  • Daily: One Thing. One thing, two maybes, an energy check (low, medium or high), and a line for what actually happened.

  • Brain Dump and Sort. Empty your head first, then sort into Now, Later, Never and Not Mine. The Never box counts as a win.

  • Break It Down. Shrink a big task into steps of five minutes or less, with a spot for "If this gets in the way, then I will."

  • Bare Minimum Day. Your low-energy plan, written ahead of time.

  • Dopamine Menu. A menu of good-feeling things you write down ahead of time, sorted into small, medium and large.

  • Wins at a Glance. Ten circles a month, plus a line for your biggest win so far.

  • Sticker Sheet. Print it on sticker paper or tape the stickers on. On a tablet, copy and paste them in.

  • Flip It. Catch the harsh thing you're telling yourself, check the facts, and write the kinder, accurate version.

  • Breathe. A two-minute pattern: in for 4, out for 6.

  • Further Reading. The sources behind the science lines, at the back.

Formats

  • Printable PDF in US Letter and A4

  • Tablet PDF for GoodNotes and Notability, with working side tabs and links

  • Sunday start and Monday start

  • A one-page Start Guide that tells you which file to open

  • Breathe and Flip It as a phone page you can use anywhere. Scan the QR code in the planner. Nothing you type is saved or sent.

Writing areas are light on purpose, so it prints with little ink and looks calm. Every blank page has a filled example right before it.
