Refunds and returns

Digital downloads

All sales are final, because files are delivered instantly and can't be returned.

If a file won't open, a link doesn't work, or something is missing, email davidsonconsultandcoach@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number. I'll fix it, resend it, or make it right.

Coaching sessions and packages

Coaching is paid in full up front and is non-refundable.

Life happens. If you can't start or finish, your unused sessions stay on your account as a credit for 12 months, so you can pick up when you're ready.

To reschedule a session, give at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice count as used.
