Neuro Notes Reset: A Two-Minute Reset Tool for ADHD Brains
For brains with forty tabs open and one of them playing music.
Neuro Notes Reset is not another planner to fill out. You tap what is going on right now, and it walks you through a short reset. Mostly tapping. Two to five minutes.
Tap what is going on.
I can't start. No plan needed. Pick a timer: race the clock, one song, just two minutes, or a body double that checks in on you. Just open the thing. Stopping when it rings counts, and there is a celebration when you finish. Not today? That is a real answer too.
It's a lot. For spirals and hard nights. It starts by telling you it's okay. Then guided breathing (with the science behind it), three quick boxes to get it out, and a reframe written for you. No homework.
Help me right now. Fifteen things that actually help in a hard moment, like moving, music, cold water, and reaching out. Each one says how and why, with the research behind it.
More tools for other moments.
Head is full. Say it or type it, then close the tabs you can let go of and park the rest.
Too much at once. Sort what is urgent from what is just loud, then do one thing.
I'm stuck. Name what is in the way, then get a tool that fits and an if-then plan.
I'm fried. Leave a note for future you, take a real break, and come back to where you left off.
Build your own toolkit. When something helps, save it with one tap. Remove anything that stops working. Next time, you know where to start.
Bonus: the full Neuro Notes planner. 28 pages, fillable and printable, in US Letter and A4.
Tablet version. The same 28 pages as a separate file for GoodNotes and Notability, with side tabs. Write with a pencil. It is not fillable.
About the maker. Hi, I'm Davidson. I'm neurodivergent, a certified coach, and I have 20+ years of experience helping people through big changes at work. I built these pages for my own brain first and then started using them with my clients. I hope you find them as helpful as we have.
Good to know.
Digital download. Opens in any web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone.
Everything you type stays on your device unless you choose to send Davidson a note.
A planning and reset tool, not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. It is not therapy, counseling, or crisis support. If something you type sounds really heavy, the tool shows support first: in the US, call or text 988.
Personal use. Please do not resell or share the files.
